Shelby Valley put together a solid performance from the very outset and the Lady Kats beat Pikeville, 53-44, in the girls’ 15th Region All “A” Classic tournament championship game on Saturday night.
Cassidy Rowe led the way with a game-high 28 points as Valley improved to 3-0. Alyssa Elswick followed with nine.
Kenzie Maynard had 19 for the Lady Panthers, now, 2-1. Trinity Rowe added 14.
