COLLEGE BASKETBALL: UPIKE knocks off Bethel University

The University of Pikeville used solid three-point shooting to hand previously unbeaten Bethel University a 73-68 setback on Saturday.

Korbin Spencer led four Bears (3-2) in double figure scoring with17 points. Jacob Brown followed with 14 while Teddy Parham Jr. and Devin Collins added 13 apiece. Elijah Herron chipped in nine.

The Bears will host Shawnee State (2-4) at the Appalachian Wireless Arena on Tuesday. Tipoff is set for 7:30 pm.
