Pikeville’s 16-game winning streak has separated the Lady Panthers from the remainder of the field in this week’s Mountain Top Sports girls’ Super 7 basketball poll released on Tuesday.
The Lady Panthers, now 17-1, are followed by No. 2 Shelby Valley. The Lady Kats, now 15-7, are just ahead of No. 3 Martin County.
Letcher Central grabs the No. 4 position, followed by No. 5 Lawrence County.
Rounding out the poll are No. 6 Logan and Paintsville takes the No. 7 spots.
