Shelby Valley ran out to a double-digit, first quarter lead and went on to eliminate East Ridge, 61-44, in the 59thDistrict tournament semifinals played on the Reservation on Tuesday night.
Collier Fuller poured in 16 points and Ethan Sykes followed with 14 as the Wildcats improved to 18-8. Russ Osborne added nine.
Braxton Stanley led the Warriors (12-17) with 13 points and Jackson Keene finished with 10.
Valley will now face Pikeville in the title game on Thursday night. Tipoff is set for 8 pm.

Shelby Valley welcomed the return of Zoee Johnson in time for the post-season and she had an immediate impact.
Johnson scored 10 points and grabbed 12 rebounds as the Lady Kats defeated Jenkins, 54-21, in the 59th District tournament semifinals played at East Ridge on Tuesday night.
Miley Riddle led the scoring with 13 points as Valley moved to 9-19.
Emma Stewart had nine in the loss as the Lady Cavaliers finished the season at 11-15.
The Lady Kats will face Pikeville in the championship game on Thursday night.
