East Ridge rolled to a 3-0 victory over Jenkins to give head coach Dave Spradlin his 300th career win on Thursday night.

The Lady Warriors, now 1-1, cruised 25-16, 25-8 and 25-14 match win.

Sarah Woods finished with eight digs and 19 assists while Courtney Phillips had eight digs and 22 serving aces. Kierstin Coleman totaled seven kills and 12 aces. Chole Stewart had seven kills and Emily Lester 12 digs.

Paintsville dominated from the outset in beating Shelby Valley, 3-0, in a match played on Thursday night.

The Lady Tigers, now 2-0, were led by Hailey Little’s 13 digs and Hadley Hardin with seven kills and six digs in the 25-16, 25-10 and 25-11 match win.

Mattie Ratliff added seven digs while Kara Ward had five kills and four serving aces. Shelby Hatfield finished with eight aces and Bella Blackburn totaled 23 assists.

Prestonsburg remained undefeated following a 2-0 victory over Perry Central in a road match played on Thursday night.

Mya Burgess had four kills, three assists, three digs and five serving aces in the 25-22 and 25-20 match win.

Molly Boyd had three kills, three assists and five digs while Erin Akers finished with two kills, six assists, four digs and five serving aces.

Martin County dominated early on against Betsy Layne and went on to earn a 3-0 victory in a match played on Thursday night.

Alyssa McCoy had three aces, five kills, 21 assists and eight digs in the 25-14, 25-12 and 25-19 match win.

Jenna Grayson finished with two aces, four assists and 14 digs while Lauren Horn had one serving ace, 10 kills, one block and three digs.

Kira Osborn totaled two aces, five kills and 14 digs. Chloe Fields added five aces, two kills, one assist and 12 digs while Mary Salley had two kills, one assist, two digs and one block. Alli Grayson added one ace, seven kills and eight digs.

Pikeville moved to 2-0 on the season as the Lady Panthers cruised past Johnson Central, 3-0, in a match played at T.W. Oliver Memorial Gymnasium on Thursday night.

Riley Tavis had three kills, 33 assists and three blocks in the 25-9, 25-12 and 25-20 match win.

Kaylee Wells finished with 18 kills and McKinlee Potter followed with 11. Hannah Akers added seven kills while Chloe Wright totaled four kills and three blocks.

Emily Gearheart had 22 digs and four serving aces. Caroline Wright finished with four kills and one block.
