Morehead State University’s football program has become the latest casualty of the COVID 19 pandemic.
It was announced by the Pioneer Football League, which includes the Eagles, the 2020 fall season has been canceled.
League officials said travel was a big concern in its decision to cancel the fall season. The league is exploring the option of playing this spring.
MSU finished 5-7 one year ago and 3-5 in conference play.
