Kentucky started quickly against Missouri, running out to a 14-0 first-quarter lead.
The game changed on a fake punt by the Tigers which resulted in a 39-yard touchdown pass early in the second quarter.
Missouri rode the momentum to a stunning 38-21 win over the Wildcats at cold, windy, and wet Kroger Field before a sellout crowd on Saturday night.
The loss snapped an eight-game homecoming winning streak and dropped UK to 5-2 overall and 2-2 in SEC play heading into the bye week.
Running back Ray Davis rushed for 128 yards and caught a touchdown pass. He has now scored in each of the first seven games.
Quarterback Devin Leary tossed a pair of touchdown passes., but the UK signal caller also threw a pair of interceptions in the game.
Kentucky will look to snap a two-game losing streak when the Wildcats host bitter-rival Tennessee (5-1) on Oct. 28.
