Letcher Central’s Jonah Little hit a solo home run and winning pitcher Canaan Cunniff added three hits to power the Cougars to a 5-1 victory over Floyd Central in a home game played on Tuesday night.
Ethan Brown singled and scored the Letcher Central improved to 18-15.
Wesley Prater had two hits and drove in the lone run for the Jaguars, who dropped to 12-17. Caleb Hager singled and scored and Brant Potter added two hits.
