Belfry dominated from the early going and rolled to an 89-55 win over Phelps in a district matchup played on Wednesday night.
DeMahjae Clark led six Pirates (14-9) in double figure soring with 22 points. Bol Kuir tossed in 15 and Ben McNamee added 13. Tyler Chaffin, Caleb Spears, and Sal Dean scored 12 each.
Jaeshon Nugent had a game-high 24 points for the Hornets, now 5-17. Jaylen Wells added nine and Keandre Galaurb-Jackson net eight.

Shelby Valley’s offense was on fire as the Wildcats ran past Floyd Central, 90-51, in a game played at the Shelby Valley Sports Center on Wednesday night.
Keian Worrix poured in a game-high 32 points. He hit eight, three-point baskets, including one the length of the floor as time expired in the quarter. Kaden Robinson followed with 29 as the Wildcats improved to 16-6. Logan Hawkins tossed in eight.
Braden Moore had 16 to lead the Jaguars, now 7-14. Brody Buck tossed in 11 and Tanner Hall added nine.
