The Johnson Central Golden Eagles remain the top-ranked boys’ team in the latest Mountain Top Sports Super 7 basketball poll released on Tuesday.
The Golden Eagles, now 11-1, are followed by Pikeville (7-4). Shelby Valley is at No. 3. The Wildcats, 8-4, are followed by Pike Central (7-5) at No. 4.
The Hawks are followed at No. 5 by Paintsville (5-5). Rounding out the poll are Magoffin County (7-6) at No. 6 and Lawrence County (6-4) is seventh.
Letcher Central and Martin County received votes.
