Pikeville finished the regular season with 20 wins following a 59-50 victory over Letcher Central in a game played at T.W. Oliver Memorial Gymnasium on Thursday night.
Trinity Rowe poured in a game-high 20 points for the Lady Panthers (20-5). Kenzie Maynard followed with 11. Kristen Whited and Kylie Hall added 10 each.
Kaylee Banks paced the Lady Cougars (13-12) with 17 points. Keira Couch tallied 11 and Brooke bates tossed in nine.
