Logan went on the road to Sissonville’s Joe Sawyers Field and the Wildcats took apart the Indians, 48-6, in a game played on Friday night.
Aidan Slack scored three touchdowns, one rushing from six yards away; a 49-yard pass reception; and a 60-yard interception return. He was a perfect six-for-six on PAT kicks.
Logan quarterback Jaxon Cogar passed for 209 yards and a pair of touchdowns.
Receiver Caden Justice had a 99-yard TD reception for Logan on the final play of the game. Garrett Williamson had 91 yards receiving on nine catches and a short TD catch.
Conner Mullins blocked a Sissonville punt and returned it for six.
The Wildcats will return to Willis/Nisbet Stadium to host the Wayne Pioneers (1-1) on Friday night. Kickoff is 7:30 pm.
