Martin County bounced back from a district loss at Shelby Valley to handedly defeat West Carter, 48-0, in a game played at The Rock on Friday night.
Running back Brock Messer carried just eight times for 203 yards and four touchdowns as the Cardinals improved to 5-3.
Madden Miller, Jaquan Rufus, and Christopher Phillips each added a rushing score.
Damian Cheek returned an interception back 43 yards for a touchdown. He also recovered a fumble.
Martin County travels to Prestonsburg on Friday night for a big district matchup at Josh Francis Memorial Field. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m.
