Pikeville finished as the No. 1 team in the final regular season Mountain Top Sports Super 7 football poll released on Tuesday.
The Panthers edged out Johnson Central, which held on to the No. 2 spot.
Belfry, despite losing to the Golden Eagles, maintained the No. 3 ranking, followed by No. 4 Lawrence County.
Rounding out the poll are No. 5 Letcher Central, No. 6 Logan, and No. 7 Betsy Layne.
Teams receiving votes include Martin County, Paintsville, Magoffin County and Shelby Valley.
