The Kentucky Golf Coaches Association has announced Pikeville High School eighth-grader Cam Roberts and Shelby Valley senior Sophie Beverly have been named the Region 11 male and female players of the year.
Letcher Central head coach Jonathan Richards was named coach of the year for the boys while Johnson Central head coach Adam Crum leads the girls’ squad.
