Both the Miners and Panthers were able to practice with limitations previously but can now move forward with playing games.
The color-coded system is based on a seven-day average of positive cases and is adjusted by county population figures.
Logan remains the only county in the red zone, jeopardizing the county’s three high schools of playing sports this fall.
