Unbeaten Prestonsburg and Martin County battled down to the finish as the Lady Blackcats escaped with a 2-1 win in the 15th Regio All A Classic matchup played on Thursday night.
Anna Burchett scored one goal and assisted on one other as Prestonsburg improved to 9-0-0. Sophie Stephens added one goal and Chloe Collins had an assist.
Goalkeeper Crystal Allen had six saves.
Caitlyn Horn scored off an assist by Kaitlyn Gauze for the Lady Cardinals, now 4-4-1.
Marlie Fletcher was outstanding between the pipes with 17 saves.
