Paintsville winning pitcher Laney Bledsoe doubled home the winning run in the bottom of the seventh as the Lady Tigers edged Martin County, 12-11, in a game played on Wednesday night.
Bledsoe also singled, scored one run, and finished with three RBIs.
Ashley Wells doubled and singled and batted in four runs while Chessa Collins collected four hits, including a double. She scored three runs and batted in one. Mattie Ratliff singled twice and scored three times.
Losing pitcher Zoie Hinkle blasted a two-run home run. Brittany Thompson was a home run shy of hitting for the cycle. She drove in five runs.
Kaylee Endicott added three hits, including a triple, scored twice and added an RBI. Skylar Messer doubled in two runs and scored.
