Lawrence County pounded out 14 hits and rolled to a 19-3 mercy-rule win over the Pikeville Lady Panthers at Myers Field on Wednesday.
Dawgs catcher Dani Crum had four hits, including a grand slam home run to help Lawrence County improve to a regional best 21-5 record.
Abby Nelson added a pair of doubles and drove in three runs. Allie Triplett singled, scored and knocked in three runs.
Kensley Feltner finished with three hits, including a double, and scored four runs. Winning pitcher Taylor Blevins added a two-run single.
Pikeville catcher Ginna Jones had a pair of hits, including a two-run home run. She batted in all three Lady Panther runs.
Cassidy Slater singled twice and scored both times.
Lexie Akers suffered the loss. As Pikeville dropped to 14-14 on the season.
