Paintsville collected 10 hits and the Lady Tigers went on to beat host Prestonsburg, 12-3, in the 15th Region All “A” Classic game played at StoneCrest Sports Complex on Tuesday night.
Mattie Ratliff had a pair of doubles, scored three runs, and knocked in two while Molly Music added three hits, scored, and batted in two.
Zoey Jordan singled and walked twice while scoring a pair of runs. Winning pitcher Laney Bledsoe singled and scored twice. Chessa Collins had a pair of RBIs.
Chloe Collins doubled and knocked in two runs in the loss. Amelia Newsome singled and scored.
