Pikeville’s Ginna Jones and Izzy Rose each had two hits and drove in a pair of runs as the Lady Panthers ended their spring break trip to Ft. Walton Beach, Fla., with a 4-2 win over Southview (OH) on Friday.
Both girls doubled and singled as Pikeville improved to 5-4. Cassidy Slater added two singles and scored while Emily Ford singled and scored.
Caroline Brown doubled to help Hannah Akers earn the win. Ford pitched the final five innings.
