The Paintsville Lady Tigers improved to a perfect 5-0 after sweeping Letcher Central, Betsy Layne, and Johnson Central, all 2-0, to capture the Champions of the Mountains Classic this past weekend in Pikeville.
The Lady Tigers have not lost a single set.

Hailey Little finished with 14 kills and six digs in the 25-17 and 25-4 match win.
Kara Ward totaled eight kills, two blocks and eight digs. Bella Blackburn finished with 29 assists and five digs. Kynzi Slone added nine digs and two aces.

Pikeville’s Kyla Lee totaled eight kills and three digs while Caroline Wright added 19 assists and nine digs. Cate Salyers had 12 digs.
