Paintsville dominated opponents in the 57th District tournament, beating Magoffin County in the semifinals and then beating cross-town rival Johnson Central.
The Lady Tigers, now 16-2, won an unprecedented 10th straight championship, not losing a set in either match.

Hailey Little had 18 kills, two blocks and 11 digs in the 25-13, 25-15 and 25-16 win.
Blair Ratliff tallied 10 kills and six blocks while Kara Ward totaled nine kills and 17 digs. Mattie Ratliff finished with 26 digs and Kynzi Slone added 33 assists and four digs.

Hailey Little finished with 18 kills, four digs and six serving aces in the 25-7, 25-7 and 25-11 win.
Blair Ratliff and Kylie Kinner added seven kills each. Kara Ward totaled five kills, five digs and five aces while Kynzi Slone followed with 36 assists, five digs and seven aces.
Allie Rodriguez and Nora Howard had nine digs each for the Lady Hornets while Carlee Adams added eight.
58TH TOURNAMENT
Floyd Central, now 14-4, won its fifth straight district championship with a come-from-behind 3-1 win over Betsy Layne.
The Lady Jaguars improved to 36-1 all-time against district opponents.

Jaydn Hall totaled 23 kills and 18 digs in a 21-25, 25-18, 25-18 and 25-21 win.
Amelia Wallace was outstanding with nine kills, 60 assists, nine digs and five aces while Allyson Stumbo added 19 kills, two blocks and three digs.
Emma Bailey had 11 kills and McKinnley Martin tallied 10 with six digs.
Emily Johnson had nine kills and 27 digs for the Lady Bobcats while Lindsey Watkins finished with 30 assists and 16 digs.
Madi Meade added 35 digs and Mallory Hall had 20. Madison Hamilton tallied eight kills, four blocks and four digs.
