HS BASKETBALL ROUNDUP: Frazier, Slone join 1000-point club in wins

STANVILLE – Betsy Layne’s Jordan Frazier poured in 23 points and scored his 1,000th point as the Bobcats slipped past Letcher Central, 72-68, in a game played at Junior Newsome Arena on Cassandra Akers Court on Tuesday night.

Andrew Kidd followed with 17 points as the Bobcats improved to 15-8. Lukas Manns added 14 and Jake Rainey tossed in 11.

Ryan Lebrun paced the Cougars (4-17) with 15 points while Parker Williams followed with 12 and Bodie Bentley tallied 10.
