HS BASKETBALL ROUNDUP: Paintsville edges Pikeville; Valley tops MC

PIKEVILLE – Paintsville build a double-digit lead against Pikeville and held on for a 68-67 win in a game played at the T.W. Oliver Memorial Gymnasium on Tuesday night.

Nick Keeton poured in a game-high 33 points as the Tigers moved to 14-11. He also reached 1,000 career points and 1,000 career rebounds in the game. Colby Fugate followed with 14 points.

Grayson Harris and Rylee Samons paced the Panthers, now 14-10, with 21 points apiece. Nick Robinson added 12.
