Lawrence County won its third straight match as the Bulldogs rolled past Pikeville, 11-1, in a match played at the Dawg House on Saturday.
The Bulldogs are now 4-2.
Blake Maynard scored four goals and assisted on one other while Luke Johnson had four goals and two assists.
Trenton Adkins had two goals and Peyton Brown added one. Ryder Brown finished with two assists while Zach Holt and Matt Clevenger had one apiece.
Adkins had four saves and allowed a single goal to Pikeville’s Trey Hancock.
Bryson Collins had three saves as the Panthers dropped to 0-3.

Johnson Central suffered its first loss this season as visiting Spring Valley (WV) cruised to an 8-1 win over the Golden Eagles as Eagle Field on Saturday.
Shawn Arms scored off an assist by Sawyer Crumb for JC’s lone goal. Goalkeeper Tate Cox had eight saves.
Johnson Central is now 3-1-1.

Belfry won for the first time in seven matches this season as the Lady Pirates turned back Shelby Valley, 3-1, in a match played on Teco Field on Saturday.
Zoey Caudill had two goals and Kenzie Jackson added one. Kirstin Morris finished with an assist.
Goalkeeper Jazzy Cline had three saves.
Shelby Valley’s lone goal came from Faith Newsom on a penalty kick. The Lady Cats dropped to 1-5.

Lawrence County’s Jasmine Justice scored a hat trick as the Lady Bulldogs doubled up Spring Valley (WV), 6-3, in a match played at the Dawg House on Saturday.
Emersyn Elliott added two goals and one assist as Lawrence County improved to 5-1. Ellie Webb scored once and assisted on three others while Brylee Blair had an assist.
Goalkeeper Kaison Ward had five saves.
