Logan went on the road facing elimination and the Wildcats responded to force a decisive game three, beating Sissonville, 10-2, in the Class AA, Region IV game played on Wednesday night.
Carson Kirk singled twice and drove in three runs as the Wildcats improved to 25-8. He also walked and scored a pair of runs.
Jared Burnette collected three hits, scored once, and batted in two while Aiden Slack added two hits, walked, and scored twice.
Dawson Maynard had three singles and walked to help winning pitcher Ryan Roberts.
