SWEET 16 TOURNAMENT: Warren Central rolls past Pulaski County

Warren Central ran out to a big first-quarter lead and never looked back in cruising past Pulaski County, 80-55, in the boys’ Sweet 16 matchup played at Rupp Arena on Wednesday evening.

Kade Unseld fired in a game-high 26 points as Dragons moved to 33-1 on the season.

Chappelle Whitney followed with 14 and Omari Glover added 11.

Barek Williams had 19 in the loss while Cayden Lancaster finished with 14.

Warren Central will play Ashland Blazer in the  quarterfinals on Friday.
