University of Pikeville men’s golf has released the program’s 2022 fall schedule, complete with six events. The Bears will host one invitational this fall at StoneCrest Golf Course starting on Saturday, Sept. 24.
Head Coach Dustin Reinstetle prepares to launch his second season at the helm, following a solid opening effort last season. The Bears met several individual and program marks, including a program record low round score of 287 in Georgetown Fall Invitational where the Bears finished second overall.
Opening weekend takes the Bears to Laconia, Ind. For the Battle at Chariot Run, hosted by Spalding University.
The first round begins Saturday, August 27 and will finish on Sunday the 28.
The Bears move closer to home for their second event, hitting the links at StoneCrest Golf Course in Prestonsburg, Ky. for the Alice Lloyd hosted ALC Eagle Invitational. The two-day event begins on Monday, Sept. 12. Coach Reinstetle and the Bears look to build on last season’s performance where they finished runner-up.
On Saturday, Sept. 24, the Bears return to the friendly confines of StoneCrest for the UPIKE Fall Invitational.
Monday, Oct. 3 takes the Bears to Glades Spring Resort in Daniels, W. Va. for a two-day outing at the WVU-Tech hosted Golden Bear Classic.

The Roger Merb Invitational will be held at Elks Country Club in McDermott, Ohio starting on Monday, Oct. 17.
The fall schedule culminates with the MSC Fall Showcase on Nov. 1-2 at Bowling Green Country Club in Bowling Green.
