Kentucky battled back in the second half, erasing an eight-point deficit at the break, to rally past Georgia,  85-71, at Rupp arena on Tuesday night.

The Wildcats improved to 12-6 overall and 3-3 in SEC games. The 85 points are the most against a league opponent since a 90-81 win over Alabama last season.

Oscar Tshiebwe had a monster performance, scoring a game-high 37 points and 24 rebounds, a season high. It was his first-ever 30-20 of his career.

Cason Wallace tallied 17 while Jacob Toppin and Antonio Reeves added 11 each. Toppin added 11 rebounds for his third double double.

UK will host Texas A&M in a 2 pm tip at Rupp on Saturday.
