Prestonsburg used a balanced run and pass game to cruise past Phelps, 50-14, in a game played at Marty Casey Stadium on Friday night.
Quarterback Reece Hamilton passed for 120 yards and three touchdowns as Prestonsburg improved to 3-0.
Running back Ethan Jarvis ran for 118 yards and three scored on just six carries. He also had a 12-yard TD reception. Brant George added 92 yards and one touchdown on three carries.
Receivers Dalton Elliott and Jon Little had TD catches.
Prestonsburg will travel to Powell County (1-2) on Friday night while the Hornets, now 0-3, will host Hurley, Va. (1-1). Both games will kick at 7:30 pm.
