Chapmanville running back Jeremy Collins scored on a two-yard run as time expired ans quarterback Robert Cook added the two-point conversion to lift the Tigers to a 44-43 win over Nitro at Underwood Field on Friday night.
The Tigers have never lost to the Wildcats in eight games.
Running back Elijah Pridemore ran for 148 yards and a score on 11 carries as the Tigers improved to 3-1. Austin Cook had 62 yards and a pair of rushing touchdowns on 12 attempts. He hauled in four passes for 149 yards.
Quarterback Robert cook passed for 185 yards, completing 8-of 15 attempts. He rushed for a score. Running back Jeremy Collins added two short TD runs.
Chapmanville will host Scott (4-0) on Friday night. Kickoff from Barker Stadium is 7 pm.
