East Ridge used a bone-jarring ground attack against Bath County, and the Warriors went on to beat the Wildcats, 50-34, in a game played at The Reservation on Friday night.
The Warriors snapped a four-game losing streak, winning for the first time since beating Knott County Central in the season finale last season.
Running back Isaiah Adkins ran for 230 yards and four touchdowns while Jeremy Taylor added 111 yards rushing and scored a pair of touchdowns. He also had 13 tackles to lead the defense.
Connor Puckett finished with 12 tackles and Dalton Caudill totaled 11.
East Ridge will host Shelby Valley (4-1) on Oct. 16. Kickoff is set for 7:30 pm.
