Paintsville grabbed the lead early on against Fairview and cruised to a 46-0 win in a road game played on Friday night.
Running back Harris Phelps rushed for 117 yards and four touchdowns on 11 carries as the Tigers moved to 3-4.
Quarterback James Frederick and running back Austin Allen added rushing touchdowns.
Blayden Sexton capped the scoring with a 75-yard fumble return in the third quarter.
