Johnson Central’s season came to an end as undefeated Corbin defeated Johnson Central, 35-21, in the Class 4A regional championship matchup played at Campbell Field on Friday night.
‘The Golden Eagles season ended at 10-3. The Golden Eagles had eliminated the Redhounds the past two post seasons.
Running back Zack McCoart rushed for a touchdown and hauled in an 83-yard TD pass reception from quarterback Jacob Grimm.
Mason Lawson added a seven-yard rushing touchdown.
