HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL: Scott roughs up Chapmanville

Scott quarterback Matthew Frye ran for a pair of touchdowns and passed for four others as the undefeated Skyhawks knocked off Chapmanville, 40-7, in a game played at Barker Stadium on Friday night.

Frye tossed TD passes of 13, 59, 64 and 11 yards and scored on runs of 7 and 2 yards.

Chapmanville’s only points came on running back Andrew Topping’s three-yard run.

The Tigers hit the road to Herbert Hoover (3-2) on Friday night. Kickoff from Hanging Rock is 7 pm.
