Chapmanville fell behind early in the game and North Marion used a 29-point, second period to pull away and knock off the Tigers, 43-0, in a game played at Tiger Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
Running back Caleb Whitt rushed for 67 yards to lead the Tigers, now 1-1, who struggled offensively all game long after driving to the North Marion goal line on their opening possession.
The Huskies, 4-1, outgained Chapmanville 312-172. Quarterback Brody Hall passed for 115 yards and one touchdown. He rushed for 71 yards.
Chapmanville will play at Wayne (1-2) on Oct. 16. Kickoff is set for 7:30 pm.
