The University of Pikeville baseball team lost its season opener, falling to Union College, 13-9, on the road Tuesday.
Second baseman Cam Revolt doubled, singled, driving in three runs for the Bears.
Outfielder Noah Helton tripled and doubled and added three RBIs.
UPIKE will play against Carolina University this coming weekend in Winston Salem, NC.
