PIKEVILLE – The Mid-South Conference has released the 2020 college football schedule with revised changes which have the University of Pikeville Bears facing Cumberland and Georgetown College twice.
UPIKE, a member of the Bluegrass Division, will kick off the year at home against Cumberlands on Sept. 12 before going on the road to Georgetown on Sept. 19.
Neither of these first two games will count against the MSC standings.
The Bears will play only nine games under the format released by league officials.
UPIKE will play at Bethel on Sept. 26, which will begin conference play.
The Bears will close out the season with four divisional games in six weeks against Campbellsville, Thomas More, Cumberland (Tenn.) and Georgetown.
UPIKE will host Georgetown on Nov. 7.
