HIGH SCHOOL BASEBALL: Tigers edge Knights; Dogs nip Panthers

Paintsville pushed across the go-ahead run in the top of the 10th inning and the Tigers held on to beat Cabell Midland, 6-5, in a game played on Thursday night.

Winning pitcher Jonah Porter hit a home run and drove in two runs as the Tigers improved to 23-6. Ashton Miller added three hits, including a double, scored and knocked in one run. Ashton Adams added an RBI single.
