HIGH SCHOOL BASKETBALL: Frazier’s big night carries Cats past Hawks

Betsy Layne standout Jordan Frazier scored 23 points in the opening quarter and the Bobcats were off and running to a 90-65 win over Pike Central in a game played at Junior Newsome Arena on Wednesday night.

Frazier finished with 43 points as Betsy Layne improved to 6-5. Brady Robinson poured in 21 points and Chase Mims added 17.

Jaylan Rigdon led the Hawks, now 7-3, with 23 points and Josh Du Toit finished with 17.
