Betsy Layne was eliminated from the Class 1A playoffs as Paris defeated the Bobcats, 33-21, min a game played on the road on Friday night.
Running back Reece Music carried 27 times for 148 yards and a pair of touchdowns as the Bobcats finished the season at 5-6. He also returned a kickoff back for a score.
Quarterback Carson Parsons passed for 104 yards. Receiver Andrew McCutcheon hauled in two passes for 97 yards.
