Mingo Central quarterback Chris Ross passed for 265 yards and four touchdowns to lead the Miners to a 52-28 victory over Shady Spring in a game played at Buck Harless Stadium on Friday night.
Running back Dylan Vance ran for 131 yards on 17 carries and one touchdown. He caught two passes for 86 yards and a score.
Malaki Sheppard hauled in three passes for a pair of touchdowns and returned a punt 65 yards for another score.
The Miners will play at Herbert Hoover (4-2) on Friday night. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m.
