Pikeville (3-0) pushed its way into a first-place tie with Johnson Central following the Panthers impressive road win at Letcher Central last Friday night.
The Golden Eagles are 2-1 following a forfeit win over embattled Bishop Sycamore, Ohio.
Lawrence County, now 2-0, climbed one spot to third, followed by Shelby Valley (2-1) in fourth.
Letcher Central (2-1) tumbled two spots to fifth. Rounding out the top seven are Betsy Laune (3-0) in sixth, followed by Logan (2-0).
Receiving votes are Magoffin County (2-0), Belfry (0-3), East Ridge (2-1), and Paintsville (0-2).
