Tug Valleys offense struggled for most of the game as Sherman built a big lead and turned back the Panthers, 38-14, in a game played at Williamson’s historic Lefty Hamilton Park on Friday night.
Maintenance work at Bob Brewer Field forced the game to be played at Williamson, the first there in 11 years.
Running back Tanner Kirk had a one-yard scoring run in the fourth quarter and Nick Alley hauled in a 20-yard scoring strike from quarterback Buddy Marcum, who finished with 75 yards through the air.
