Pikeville took the lead away from Belfry late in the third quarter and the Panthers pulled away for a 40-21 win in a game played at Haywood Stadium on Friday night.
Running back Brenden Anthony rushed 19 times for 203 yards and three touchdowns as Pikeville moved to 3-2. Blake Caudill added 72 yards on 10 carries.
Tayvian Boykins finished with 58 yards and two scores. He caught three passes for 33 yards.
Belfry running back Dre Young had 82 yards and one touchdown on 17 rushes. He also returned a fumble 95 yards for a score.
Running back Ace Caudill hauled in a 60-yard TD reception.
The Pirates, now 2-3, will play at Magoffin County (1-3) on Friday night. Kickoff is 7:30 pm. Pikeville will be idle the next two weeks before traveling to Cincinnati to play Dohn Community (0-4) on Oct. 5. Game time is 7 pm.
