HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL: Tug Valley tops Westside in road win

Tug Valley quarterback Elijah Fluty scored on a short three-yard run in the final quarter t secure a hard-fought 29-22 win over host Westside on Friday night.

Running back Tanner Kirk ran for 237 yards and one touchdown as the Panthers moved to 3-4 and won for the first time all season on the road.

Fluty finished with 152 yards passing and a pair of touchdowns. Receiver Dakota Ooten hauled in four passes for 100 yards and a TD reception. Tanner Urconis added a touchdown catch.
