Tug Valley fell behind early on to Buffalo and the Lady Panthers were eliminated in the Class A, Region IV, Section 1 matchup played at Naugatuck, 7-3, on Saturday.
The Lady Panthers finished up the season at 17-14.
Cassidy Griffey hit an inside-the-park home run, doubled, and knocked in a pair of runs in the loss. Emily Hatfield belted a solo home run in the final inning to cap the scoring.
Autumn Hall was tagged with the loss.

Tug Valley kept its post season alive with a 15-1 mercy-rule win over Van in a game played at home on Friday night.
Cassidy Griffey had a pair of hits, including an inside-the-park home run. She scored three times and knocked in a pair of runs as the Lady Panthers moved to 17-13.
Winning pitcher Kinna Justice had two singles and drove in one run while Autumn Hall doubled in a pair of runs.
