COLLEGE BASKETBALL: Pikeville rolls in opener against Miami-Hamilton

The University of Pikeville Bears landed five players in double-figure scoring in a 107-50 victory over Miami-Hamilton in the season opener played at the UPIKE Gymnasium on Wednesday night.

Mary Englert and LeeAnna McNulty paced the balanced scoring attack with 21 points each. Morgan Stamper followed with 19 while Bailey Frazier tallied 14 and Georgia Sideri added 12. Sammy Sites chipped in nine.

The Bears will journey to Clarksville, Tenn., on Tuesday night for an exhibition game with Austin Peay State.
