COLLEGE BASKETBALL: UPIKE men steamroll past Campbellsville-Harrodsburg

The University of Pikeville men’s basketball Bears landed five players in double-figure scoring and put together their best offensive performance this  season in a 105-49 thrashing of Campbellsville-Harrodsburg in a Mid-South Conference game played at Appalachian Wireless Arena on Monday night.

The Bears improved  to 3-3 overall while the Tigers dropped to 1-3.

Kenyon Stone poured in 17 points and Christian Sweazie added 15 to lead the scoring attack. Carl Campbell net 13, Jamir Simpson tallied 12 and Darius Love chipped in 10.

The Bears will look to win for the first time this season on the road when they travel to Rio Grande (4-4), Ohio on Thursday night.
